1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ha77 platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). ha77 is operated for the benefit of players located in Bangladesh. By registering an account or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ha77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by email where an address is on file. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility

The ha77 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following conditions. Failure to meet any one of these conditions disqualifies a person from registering or maintaining an account, and ha77 reserves the right to close any account found to be held by an ineligible person, with funds returned subject to verification.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ha77 applies a strict minimum age policy and will request age verification documents from any account holder where age is in doubt.
• You must register using your own true identity. Accounts registered under a false name, using another person's identity, or with materially inaccurate personal information will be closed without notice, and any balance held at the time of closure may be forfeited.
• Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, IP address, or payment method are not permitted and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of ha77, or an immediate family member of any such person. ha77 staff and their close relatives are prohibited from wagering on the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by ha77 or any period of voluntary exclusion that you have requested and which remains active. If you have self-excluded and believe the exclusion period has expired, you must contact support before attempting to register a new account.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of ha77 services, you must complete the registration process and verify your account. ha77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with industry best practices. The following rules apply to all registered accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless ha77 is at fault.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ha77 support immediately at [email protected]. ha77 will investigate and may suspend your account during the investigation to protect your funds.
• ha77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.
• ha77 may close or suspend any account at its discretion if it determines that the Terms have been violated, that the account poses a risk of fraud, or that continued operation of the account is contrary to the interests of other users or the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ha77 supports a range of local and international payment methods to serve Bangladesh players conveniently and securely. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following rules.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are processed instantly in most cases. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank.
• Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the time frames published in the Platform's help section. ha77 targets processing bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• All payments must be made using methods registered in your own name. ha77 does not accept third-party payments. If a deposit is received from a payment source not registered to the account holder, ha77 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and return funds to the source.
• ha77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any transaction above a threshold amount. This may require you to provide documentation of the source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held pending completion of such checks.
• ha77 is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, network outages, or circumstances beyond ha77's reasonable control. Where a delay is attributable to ha77, ha77 will communicate with the affected user and resolve the matter promptly.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ha77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. ha77 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts at ha77's discretion. A welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only. Subsequent bonuses may be offered as reload bonuses, cashback offers, seasonal promotions, or VIP rewards, each governed by their own terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are only withdrawable once the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
• ha77 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it where it is reasonably determined that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, by exploiting an error or system fault, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts. A player may not hold more than one active bonus at the same time unless explicitly permitted by the terms of the specific promotions involved. In the event of a conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

6. Responsible Gaming

ha77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for recreational use by adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should be entertaining and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering losses. If you find that gambling is negatively affecting your financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships, we strongly encourage you to make use of ha77's responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by contacting ha77 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register new accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any way. ha77 takes self-exclusion seriously and will act on confirmed exclusion requests promptly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ha77 Platform. ha77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, void any associated bets or winnings, and take further legal action where appropriate.

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage over other players or that places wagers without genuine human decision-making.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about cards, game outcomes, or strategic information in a manner that unfairly affects the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, game engine, RNG system, or security feature of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, or depositing funds from illegal sources. ha77 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with any lawful authority investigating such conduct.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of exploiting welcome bonuses or other promotions multiple times. Bonus abuse of this kind results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ha77 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the selection and arrangement of content, is the property of ha77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ha77. Limited personal, non-commercial use of the Platform's content is permitted solely for the purpose of using the services as intended.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ha77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ha77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ha77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ha77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and ha77 shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ha77 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent unauthorised use of the Platform or to protect its intellectual property rights.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ha77 may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
